Pincher Creek Personal Belongings Pick Up March 16, 2020

Dear Canyon & Matthew Halton Students, Parents, Guardians and Families:

We have arranged times for students and parents to come by the school on Wednesday, March 18 to
pick up all their belongings including:
● Personal belongings from classrooms and coatroom areas
● Everything from lockers (please take everything home with you including textbooks and clean out lockers; garbage cans will be available),
● Projects/personal items from classes (e.g. art/CTS)
● Musical instruments

We have arranged times alphabetically so families can all come at the same time. Please only send
healthy individuals into the school. To ensure our numbers in the school stay low, we ask you to please come during your allotted time. We also please ask that students remain in the school only as long as it takes to get their belongings, and not linger.

We are planning a second day for people to pick up materials next week, so if you cannot be here
tomorrow watch for information about a second pickup day. If the materials you need are medically
necessary, please contact the office.

M-S                Pickup Time      12:45 - 2:00
